ACG Management, spécialiste multirégional de l’investissement dans les PME non cotées, accompagne les entreprises et leurs dirigeants à tous les stades de leur développement (amorçage, capital innovation, capital développement et transmission). Créée à Marseille en 2000, sous le nom de Viveris Management, la société de gestion a déjà financé, de façon minoritaire, près de 300 PME situées dans toutes les régions françaises, en Outre-mer et autour du bassin méditerranéen.
Ces financements sont réalisés à travers une large gamme de véhicules d’investissement (FCPI, FIP, Sociétés gérées ou conseillées) et Mandats de gestion destinés au grand public ou aux investisseurs professionnels (FPCI, FPS, Sociétés gérées ou conseillées).
Elle totalise plus de 740 M€ de souscriptions à date.

Alma Capital Finance invests seed capital in companies in the areas of Software, Microelectronics and Energy that are in early stages of development. Alma provides its portfolio companies with direct support for the definition of their strategy and business model, and helps them to find strategic customers and partnerships as well as additional funding for further development.
