What you will be doing
- You are the go-to person for customer technical queries
- Responsible for project management including the technical relationship with designated customers
- Supporting sales for future product development activities: technical architecture definition, prototyping of new solutions, etc
- Interface between R&D, marketing, and sales departments for customer support
Education level
Engineering degree or MS in computer science or cryptography
Experience level
5 – 10 years of experience
- Capable of working independently with cross functional departments (R&D, Sales, Product Management etc.)
- Technical support experience in the semiconductor industry, IP technology, flash memories (knowledge of embedded/software security is a must-have)
- Proficient in English oral, written, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to understand technical discussions and to summarize/document
Hard skills
- Expert level in embedded software (bare metals, RTOS, low-level drivers, assembly programming)
- Embedded system debugging skills, i.e., with GDB, print, GPO, logic analyzer…
Nice to have
- RISC-V ISA, Python, Sphinx, Verilog, spinal HDL, FPGA, embedded system security, embedded Linux, cryptography
Soft skills
