Marketing and Communication Specialist

Tiempo Secure is offering a position of Marketing and Communication Specialist to lead and help us in our overall communication for raising our brand awareness among current, future customers and our industry.

Tiempo Secure develops and licenses secure element IP cores and secure software libraries that are guaranteed to enable Common Criteria EAL5+ or equivalent security certification of any System-on-Chip (SoC) or application processor chip integrating these cores. Supported applications are JavaCard 3.0.5 OS, integrated SIM, Web authentication, eID, payment, smart car access and vehicle to anything communication, and their corresponding certifications GSMA, FIDO2, EMVCo and V2X HSM.

Full time position located near Grenoble, France (other locations also being considered).

Required experience

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in internal and external communication (B2B environment), digital content creation, community and events management
  • Beginner can be considered following profile
  • Background with strong interest in technology and product marketing experience is a plus

Responsible for

  • Brand Exposure
    • Increase Tiempo Secure global brand awareness to impact inbound interest and strengthen our brand around the world  
    • Define key audiences, stakeholders and channels and how to use them in marketing campaigns
    • Manage and develop press relations strategy
  • Content creation
    • Lead the overall Website improvement and transformation with web agency
    • Keep the website and social media channels updated
    • Provide Tiempo’s relevancy in the market by delivering key messages, focusing on main business priorities, to be among the market references
    • Contribute to create Marketing and Sales Tools (whitepapers, articles, videos, case studies, PRs)
    • Support the Sales team with relevant content to promote Tiempo solutions & technology to customers and prospects (email & inbound marketing)
  • Digital Marketing
    • Implement SEO best practices to better rank Tiempo website and use it to generate more leads
    • Propose & execute regional lead generation campaigns around main business priorities 
    • Analyze, test and report on the effectiveness / ROI of all marketing campaigns
    • Social media management
  • Internal Communication
    • Develop and execute internal communication strategy
    • Work on endomarketing actions and organize internal events
    • Create a better Tiempo Secure employer brand
    • Promote our internalcom activities in our internal and social media channels
  • Events Management

Must have skills

  • Business school or university education with a minimum of 4 years of higher education, specialising in communication
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt to very different online and offline environments
  • Excellent use of the Office pack, Powerpoint, and Adobe suite (creation and variation of banners, video editing)
  • A keen interest in digital issues and a very good knowledge of the different ecosystems
  • Fluent English

Nice to have skills

  • Autonomy, responsiveness and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise in order to interpret results and structure reports
  • Sense of innovation, creativity and ability to identify new approaches
