Marc Renaudin
Serge Maginot has worked for more than 30 years in the semiconductor industry. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Paris and Telecom Paris engineering schools and began his career in 1987 as a designer of video processing chips. In 1991, he co-founded a startup named LEDA, which developed Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. Serge consecutively held the positions of VP of Engineering and Managing Director of the company. In 2000, Serge joined Syn- opsys Inc. in the role of Director of R&D for static verification products. 2007 marked one of the biggest milestones in his career, when he co-founded Tiempo Secure, specializing in the design of IP solutions and key secure elements, for strategic embedded security systems (IoT, Mobile, Automotive, Medical, Payment, Defense, Smart Grid…). Serge is currently the CEO of Tiempo Secure. He is also a board member of the Minalogic digital transformation competitiveness cluster.
Marc Renaudin has been Tiempo Secure’s co-founder and Chief Technology Officer since 2007. He has more than 30 years of experience in electronics, gained in both the academic and industrial fields. Marc holds an Engineering degree and a Ph.D. in microelectronics and signal processing, obtained from Ecole Polytechnique Grenoble, France. He began his career as an assistant professor of engineering, responsible for the Grenoble branch of the National Telecom Engineering School of Brittany; recognized for its breakthroughs in the field of mobile telecommunication standards. In 1998, Marc became a Professor at Grenoble-INP Engineering School, while in parallel, founding the Concurrent Integrated Systems Research Group at Tima-Labs, partly owned by the CNRS. At Tima-labs, he carried out research work on asynchronous circuit design, low-power circuits, and hardware security.

Mikaël Dubreucq is Tiempo Secure’s Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing. Mikael’s journey to excellence is fueled by his unrelenting drive and passion for emerging technologies and applications. Before joining Tiempo’s executive team, Mikaël held several key senior positions in the fields of Marketing, Strategy, Technology Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development. With more than 20 years of experience in sectors including embedded security, digital applications, mobile, connectivity, IoT, secure IPs, and semiconductors, Mikaël has worked for recognized multinational companies, SMEs, and start-ups, including Inside Secure, Valid, HID Global, and Sagem. Mikaël holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Institute of Technology, Amiens France, a master’s degree in international marketing & sales from Skema Business School, France, and an international MBA from Neoma Business School, France.
Nathalie Pousset-Bougère has over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, Financial and Administrative Management. After graduating from Skema Business School, Nathalie began her career in the cultural sector, where she consecutively held administrative, communication, and audience development roles with the Pays de la Loire National Orchestra, in Nantes – France. She left the cultural sector in 2007 and co-founded a management and HR consulting firm, where she managed the accounting and administrative activities for nearly 5 years. Nathalie’s passion for culture and arts never left her and in 2012, she decided to return to the music sector where she held HR, administrative, and financial roles for 6 years with the Conservatory of Music and Concert Hall in Meylan – France. Nathalie joined Tiempo in 2019 in the role of HR, Financial & Administrative Manager. In 2024, Nathalie changed roles and became the full-time HR Manager, to better serve the needs of the company’s fast-paced growth strategy.
Frédéric Heitzmann has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Paris and Telecom Paris engineering schools and began his career in 2002 as a software developer. In 2004, he joined Sagem Mobile and rapidly evolved to the position of OS-Drivers team manager. In 2007, Frédéric joined CEA-LETI, the French Research Institute for semiconductors and their applications. During the 15 years he spent with the institute, he held various roles including Edge AI Program Manager and Deputy Head of the Energy, Electronics & Sensor Department. He led several key interdisciplinary R&D projects in the fields of software and hardware design, algorithms, memories, and sensors. Frédéric made important contributions to several specific technical fields, including programming tools, digital design, compilers, sensor fusions, and Edge AI. In 2022, Frédéric decided to move back into the industrial world and joined Tiempo Secure as the Vice President of Engineering. He leads the company’s software, design, and customer support teams.
